COPING 2020

During these uncertain times, our lives may become filled with many strong emotions. They can leave us feeling helpless and hopeless about what to expect next. We may experience grief, anger, sadness and possibly relief. At times we may experience happiness. Whatever you’re currently experiencing, I hope to shine a little light on that and help you reflect on ways you can move through it.

I created this e-book as a free resource and hope that is helpful to you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Reading and accessing my blog does not create a therapist-client relationship between us. My blog is designed for informational purposes only, and is not intended as a substitute for professional care. None of the information contained on this website is to be used for treatment of medical care.  The helpful tips or resources on my blog should not be used to diagnose or treat illness of any kind. A consult with a trusted healthcare professional is the best way to receive medical treatment. If you are currently experiencing a mental health emergency please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.
