Meet Claudia (Founder)

Hi! I am Claudia Goldstein, LCSW and I get it…

I get what it’s like to live in a state of fear, helplessness and hopelessness. I know that a worried mind and hopeless heart, leads to restless nights, panic, and little hope for a better tomorrow.

I understand that caring for yourself when you feel like your world is falling apart, can feel out of reach. I see how past wounds can continue to haunt the present moment. I recognize that getting help is not easy and it’s unfamiliar.

Since I am aware of all this, I wholeheartedly applaud you for taking the first step in caring for yourself and seeking assistance. I know this therapy stuff works and because I do, I know as a team, we can get you to breakthrough your breakdown.
