Hey there!
and as your Clinical Supervisor, I am eager to help grow, challenge and encourage you to become a clinician that feels confident and skilled.
MY WHY:
I have had great supervision that inspired, educated and grew me and not so great supervision that made me question if I was capable of being an “adequate” therapist. I faced burnout, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue. Due to my mixed experience, I am here to do all I can so YOU don’t experience the latter. I want you to leave our time together feeling equipped, ambitious, and confident in the type of quality care you provide your clients, all while effectively nourishing your well-being. We CANNOT pour goodness from an empty cup.
I would love to know more about you and your supervision needs. CONTACT ME FOR A 15 MINUTE CALL TO DETERMINE IF WE ARE A GREAT FIT!
You are passionate about learning and growing.
You don't settle for the same cookie cutter technique and kick the "one size fits all" to the curb.
You are passionate about providing quality and competent care for everlasting change.
You want to be challenged.
You are ambitious and ready to start your LCSW journey.
